Wills & Legacy Planning

Health & Wealth Legacy Counsel

Put your house in order - with intention.

WHO THIS IS FOR

A will is one of the most important decisions you will make for the people you love - and one of the easiest to put off. Health and Wealth Legacy is our advanced directives and legacy planning service for people who know they need to get their affairs in order but have not known where to start.

We make the process clear, manageable, and human.

This is not a form-filler or copy-and-paste session. Those are easy to find. This is a counsel experience: legally sound, up to date, and designed to help you make informed decisions without the guesswork.

Full Legacy Plan

For clients who want the full document suite plus a deeper strategy conversation.

Includes the same 8-document suite as the Protection Plan, plus:

  • Discussion of your estate goals, family dynamics, trusted decision-makers, and what these documents need to accomplish together

  • Annual review to keep your plan current as life changes

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Every HWL engagement begins with a pre-drafting session: a real conversation about what you want, who you trust, and what matters most to your family.

  • You will receive your documents with a plain-language walkthrough so you understand exactly what you are signing and why.

  • You will leave with something: a completed document suite, a clear next step, or a referral to the right resource. You will not leave empty-handed.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • HWL is designed for straightforward individual estate planning and advance-directive planning. It does not include trust drafting, testamentary trust provisions, special needs planning, tax planning, real property transfers, business succession planning, landlord negotiations, housing court representation, probate, administration, or contested estate matters.

  • Tenant Succession Rights documentation means planning and guidance documents related to preserving key housing information and wishes. It does not include landlord negotiations, housing court representation, or contested succession claims.

  • If your situation requires something beyond this scope, we will tell you clearly and provide a separate scope, add-on fee, or referral to the right professional.
